Schedoo

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026  ·  Effective: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KSATALSIN, S.L. (NIF B44954568; company details in our Legal Notice), the maker of Schedoo ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Schedoo ("the App") you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old (the age from which you can consent to the processing of your data in Spain) to use Schedoo. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of everything you enter into Schedoo: events, notes, and the text or images you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

Connected calendars

You may connect third-party calendar accounts (currently Google) to show their events in Schedoo. This is optional and read-only: Schedoo does not create, change or delete events in a connected account, and what it reads stays on your device. Your use of the connected account remains subject to its provider's terms, and you are responsible for having the right to view the calendars you connect. Access ends when you disconnect the account in the App or revoke it with the provider.

5. AI Features and Automatically Added Information

Schedoo uses on-device text recognition (OCR) and third-party AI providers to detect calendar events in the text and images you submit, as described in our Privacy Policy. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete: review a detected event before you save it; you are responsible for what you save.

To save you typing, Schedoo may also attach information you did not enter yourself: details drawn from third-party sources, such as film and television data, sports fixtures, weather forecasts, place names and coordinates, and images, and details extracted from text or photographs you provide, including by automated and AI-assisted processing.

This information is provided for convenience only and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We do not verify it, we do not control the sources it comes from, and we do not warrant its accuracy. Where an event matters (a flight, an appointment, a booking, a deadline), confirm the details with the airline, venue, organiser or official source before relying on them, and do not rely on the App as the only record of a time-critical commitment. Automatically added information is not advice of any kind, and in particular is not medical, legal, financial or travel advice.

The voice assistant's answers (what is on, when you are free, how full a week is) are worked out from your own calendar as it is stored in Schedoo, and are not advice either: check anything that matters before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, graphics, names and logos belong to KSATALSIN, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your content stays yours (section 4).

8. Changes to the App and to These Terms

We improve Schedoo over time and may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will offer a fair solution or a refund where the law requires it. We will tell you about material changes to these Terms by email or in the App at least 14 days before they take effect; the date at the top shows the current version.

9. Warranty and Liability

We work hard to make Schedoo reliable, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always work without errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time:

Your data is removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms.

11. If You Downloaded Schedoo from the App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where these Terms do not cover a point, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

12. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. You can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
